Support Meetings

The Oxfordshire Branch of the Motor Neurone Disease Association holds a number of regular meetings.

The Family and Friends Support Group meets approximately every 2 months and provides an opportunity for people affected by MND, their carers and families to meet others in a similar situation. Refreshments are provided and the Group may be able to fund transport costs to help people to get to the meetings.

The Association Visitors Group also meets approximately every 3 months to keep up to date with events and to discuss how best to serve the community. The Regional Care Development Adviser usually attends these meetings.

Please see the calendar below for the latest schedule of local meetings and events.

Local Events

We hold regular fundraising events in the Oxfordshire area. This list is frequently updated so please visit regularly to find out about our latest events. If you are planning an event which you would like to see included in the events page please contact our Branch Secretary with the details.

Please come along and support us. MND Association visitors and Committee members are usually on hand if you have any queries about MND or the work of the branch.
